The Emma Blumstein Memorial Fund (EBMF) team is kicking off our own challenge! To reach our 20k fundraising goal for this year (the first chunk of the 100k we need to launch the scholarship), we need your help. Fellow ruggers out there - I challenge you to #shootthebootforemma like you did after your first try back in freshman year. Use whatever substance you like… if you don’t have cleats at hand, grab a running shoe, maybe a hiking boot..or a cycling shoe? If you beat my time (8 seconds.. ok 9, I recognize that spill at the beginning - watch out, sneakers are cut differently than cleats!), donate $10 - if you can’t make it, donate $20 - and pass it on through the rugby family and beyond!
