The EmmaBooBabies: The Boo Emma Babies (Can Am Ch Taugos Ulrich X GCH Morozovas Emmalyne) will be two months old this week. They still dont have registered names as we are waiting for the AKC to process all of the paperwork required for this litter, which was bred in Canada. I call this first little girl Fernie, with the Scottish accent making it sound like Fearney. On my drive to Edmonton last June, in Cranbrook, I asked for directions to Calgary from a gentleman with a Scottish accent. It wasnt until I got to Fernie, BC that I realized that the Canadian pronunciation was probably Furney, not Fearney, but I love the way I first heard it pronounced.
