The Fabian Socialists have been trying for DECADES to pass a Balanced Budget Amendment so that our EXISTING Countermand Amendment could be eviscerated once and for all. What an Article V Balanced Budget Amendment does is make it so that our elected Republican and Democrat usurpers can spend as much money as they want and ON ANYTHING THEY WANT, without the current limits set by the supreme law of the land as long as they increase taxes on the American Middle Class to pay for their LAWLESS Acts of Congress and the Executive branch that exceeds the eighteen LIMITED Powers and SPENDING We the People granted them under Article I Section 8 of The Constitution, pursuant to the Supremacy clauses of Article VI and pursuant to our Ninth and especially our TENTH Amendment laws. As the Constitution exists RIGHT NOW, especially in light of our TENTH Amendment law, the States have the Constitutional POWER and are, according to James Madison DUTY BOUND to State nullify ALL UNLAWFUL Federal spending and usurpations that exceed the eighteen limited powers WE granted them for the privilege to SERVE us in these eighteen limited capacities.
