The First meeting of the Executive Council of Kms literary Society will be held on monday 12th of May at 2 pm at conference room. the agenda of the meeting is as follows: Discuss the theme of the magazine this year.(10 min) Discuss the subject matte r of magazine (30 min): - analysis of the last issue - recommendations for improvement - no. of pages for every section. - designing the dividers and illustrations. - title page. - planning of the interveiws and surveys that are to be included. Decide the last date of submission of hard copy/soft copy of magazine.( 5 min) Discuss ways to enhance contribution of students and teachers for magazine.(5 min) Select co ordinators from among the council.( 5 min) Discuss the division of duties of the members of the council.
