I thank you for the gift of life, because it is wonderful to exist. Allow me to breathe with you, Lord. I worship you Holy Spirit, because as well as the air surrounds me and fills me, I am also surrounded by you, you wrap me with your presence, full of life in plenitude and pure joy, you fill me with your grace and you transform me with your presence. Glory to you Lord, Spirit of Life! Together with the air that comes out of my lungs, take with you everything that does not make me happy, throw out of me all impurity, expel all my worries and sorrows, all my resentments and bad memories, all selfishness and bad intention. Take everything with you my God, and leave with me only your grace, your life. Stay invading all my being and reign in me with your joy in the middle of all my chores.
