The Founder of the Bhutan Welfare Program from the Netherlands, - TopicsExpress

The Founder of the Bhutan Welfare Program from the Netherlands, Menno van der Geugten inboxed me this: The Netherlands is organizing a day of Silence in memory of those who lost there lives on flight Malaysia Airlines. The first bodies will arrive in the Netherlands at around 4 PM, today. A ceremony will be held at Eindhoven Airport with the King and Queen. At 4 PM there is one minute silence in many parts of the country (in Bhutan 08 PM, 07:30 PM Nepal Time). Show respect and think today about the people who lost there lives. Innocent people going on holiday, traveling to Asian countries like Indonesia, Nepal, India, Thailand etc. Many friends supporting projects in Thailand, Nepal, Bhutan, India take flights like Malaysia Airlines. I could be also on that plane, since also airlines like KLM, Etihad and Eva where flying on the route. And that idea makes me angry and very sad!!!!!! Justice is what I ask now, and get the facts on my table. Please, let us show solidarity towards a country that is so similar to Bhutan and has given us so much support in terms of donations, training, etc over the years by observing a minute of silence for the Dutch at 8PM Bhutan Standard Time. (Set your alarms la.) The majority of the passengers who perished in the MH17 crash were Dutch, Heartbreaking stories continue to emerge in the media. We cannot do much, but we can observe a minute of silence with the Dutch at 8PM, today. Om Mane Padme Hung.
