The Fourth Kingdom The Fourth Beast The Islamic Empire Daniel 2:40-44, 7:7, Finally, there will be a fourth kingdom, strong as iron--for iron breaks and smashes everything--and as iron breaks things to pieces, so it will crush and break all the others. Just as you saw that the feet and toes were partly of baked clay and partly of iron, so this will be a divided kingdom; yet it will have some of the strength of iron in it, even as you saw iron mixed with clay. As the toes were partly iron and partly clay, so this kingdom will be partly strong and partly brittle. And just as you saw the iron mixed with baked clay, so the people will be a mixture and will not remain united, any more than iron mixes with clay. In the time of those kings, the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that will never be destroyed, nor will it be left to another people. It will crush all those kingdoms and bring them to an end, but it will itself endure forever. Ten Arab nations have announced they are to join a US-led coalition against Isis (known as Islamic State) militants. In a joint statement, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates, said they will do their share to fight against the jihadist group that has taken control of large swathes of Iraq and Syria. Turkey backed out. The announcement came after Kerry met delegates from the ten countries in the Saudi governments summer seat of Jeddah. The group of states said they assessed plans to eradicate IS wherever it is, including in both Iraq and Syria and pledged to join in many aspects of a coordinated military campaign against the militant organization. Taken together, their combined end-time empires will be like iron that breaks and smashes everything (Daniel 2:40, 7:7), other than by language (Arabic) and fundamental religion (Islam and the Quran). Yet, this will be a mixed, divided kingdom that will not be united (2:41-43). It certainly is true that Islam is infiltrating, infecting, and having an increasing influence over Europe, from which I feel it is likely that the Antichrist will originate and use one faction of Islam to wield his power over the masses. Daniel 7:7 — “After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns. Daniels purpose was to illustrate that YEHOVAH Gods plan for the rise and fall of pagan nations was to come to fruition in the present era. The Final Hour has come and Jesus is soon to return.
