Heres the article: The dawning of 2014 has ushered in another big start for Christian Musics most loved Family, The Freemans. The mulit-award winning groups new release of Voice In The Desert has once again put this family back where they love to be most, making the best music in the world, Gods Music. Starting with the title song from the album “Voice In The Desert”, this new music has introduced the group to many new fans and listeners, and also rekindled the flame of all who have loved their music through the years. Chris Freeman stated “I am so excited about this new album. It has new music like our radio hit Voice In The Desert and the successful video song Lead Me Home as well as some great older material like Water Grave and John The Revelator. The reception of these songs in our performances has given us new inspiration to keep keeping on with the work God has called us to do.” With six nominations for the Absolutely Gospel Music Awards, including Song of the Year, Album of the Year, Country Song of the Year, and Country Recording of the Year, this album is making waves, not to mention Chris nomination for Favorite Female Singer and Darrells nomination Producer of the Year. Their new Concept Video Lead Me Home from the album has been nominated for this years Christian Voice Magazine favorite video at the Fan Fair awards. This is the first year that The Freemans have been nominated for the Diamond Awards. They have 7 nods for this event. When asking whats up next for this family, they all have so many things in the works.
