The Government of Lesotho finally has recognized Accountancy cadre. The proposed structure has been approved and Senior Management positions are out on print media: look for Ministry of Public Service Circular No6 of 2014 dated 7th April 2014, the closing date is approaching. Advertised positions are those of: 1. Finance Director 2. Finance Manager 3. Assistant Finance Manager These are tenable in all Government Ministries and require a Chartered Accountancy qualification and membership to Lesotho Institute of Accountants. The second round of positions is coming very soon: 1. Finance Officer 2. Assistant Finance Officer 3. Finance Assistant Thanks a million times to Lesotho Government, atleast our Financial Report will lead to a clean one that reflects the true nature of books of accounts. Until Victory always!!!
