The HIGH QUALITY standards for facilities and infrastructure keep on increasing through time to keep up the demands and needs of its users. In the case of the sports, as athletes increases and their skill level and abilities increases, the demand for high end stable facilities, equipments and infrastructure rises to keep up with their ever increasing needs. The Philippines is impossible even to host international sporting events such as the Southeast Asian Games in the next decade with the existing DILAPIDATED, CORROSIVE and DWARF sports stadium to accommodate large and globally competitive athletes from even across Southeast Asia. We are even left behind by what we thought are small economy neighbors such as Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia and even surprisingly, Brunei Darussalam because they can create world and Olympic standard sports stadium for the games to accommodate athletes and spectators. This is the reason why INS created a world standard sports stadium as another feature facility in their Ciudad de Victoria park complex in Bocaue, Bulacan aside from its covered indoor arena - the Philippine Arena. We should create an Olympic Standard sports HIGH END or HIGH TECH Stadium with retractable roof to open it for good weather and close for rainy or bad weather while being an energy efficient stadium with its panels and roofs as well as other world standard sports facilities and we can start now to be ready for the next decade.
