The HPK workout of the week.. The Man Maker 12 minutes to try and complete minimum 2 rounds.. If you are new to kettlebell select a medium weight.. 8 or 12kg for ladies and 12 to 16kg for guys.. Tips: use knees as assistance on the push ups if required and shorten the distance of the shuttle as required...you are aiming for a distance of 20 metres.
