The Happy Family Meet of the new TM Year 2014-15 (Divisions H & F had their COTP and JTP on 20 July, 2014) Facts: 330+ registrations 280+ officers trained Key Note, Sessions on DCP, EC Roles, Case-study, Mentoring, MOT and Judging along with a mock Humorous and Evaluation contest and loads of fun, zillions of smiles. Duration - 10 hours (8:30am - 6:30pm) Highlights: The grace and the grandeur brought to the overall event by the Active, Approachable & Amazing Division Governors TM Sita Ravinutala and TM Srinidhi Dasaka. The elegance and the élan of our Area Governors and the Event Chairs - TM Sneha M and TM Aruna Thapa. A flawless registrations team led by TM Leel Bahadur which managed the entry for each delegate (TM/nonTM/guest/invitees/others) alike. A fantastic logistics team which took care of even the minutest requirement led by TM Satish. A superb SAA team led by TM Satyam Pradhan infusing energy at regular intervals with their perfect execution. A keynote on Run your way to Success by marathoner Anirudha Basu - COO investment Yogi. The brilliance and the brains of the trainers adding value to the EC members of various clubs (TM Sita, TM Khalid, TM Ravi Teja,TM Rohit Swain, TM Harsh, TM Braja, & TM Harikiran). A special session on Mentoring by TM Gopinath Garapati. A crash course and a well handles Q & A session on MOT by TM Sunil Kuntheta. A surprise package of sorts of introducing the Division Council Members, rolling out the Division Calendar and Awards and not to forget the area-wise Photo-session. A tailor made venue with a huge central hall to accommodate 350 people and 7 exclusive training rooms for the breakout sessions - thanks to Deloitte TM Club for playing hosts and opening up their leadership academy doors for the TMs of Hyderabad. Appropriate breaks for rejuvenation and a sumptuous Lunch sprinkled with warm hospitality and smiles all round. Lastly, a special mention to be made on the Area Wise section plan fostering the strategizing of the club success plans. All in all, a wonderful day well spent sharing, learning and bonding with fellow toastmasters.
