The Hiawatha District of the Baden Powell Council, Boy Scouts of America is holding its annual program kickoff meeting for Scouting leaders. Program Kickoff Meeting. Thursday August 15th-7:00 p.m. Apalachin Elementary School. 405 Pennsylvania Ave. Apalachin, NY. The District which covers portions of Broome County and Tioga County will distribute program guides and other material related to the new Scouting year beginning in September. Cub Scouting, Boy Scouting and Venturing Crew Leaders are invited to attend the meeting with their committee and assistants.
