The Hog Pit Smokehouse, competition BBQ team rocked this weekend at the Sams Club invitational . We took 5 chicken 10 ribs 7 pork and 13 brisket and 5th overall to qualify us for for the semifinals in Las Vegas. Big thanks goes out to Doug Bergeron and my wife Dorothy Glenn-Smith for making this possible. Also thanks to Matt Dalton from left coast Que and Chris Hall and Dan Dixon from 3 eyes for making us a contender again.
