Will they remove the dirt to get rid of the art? Its time for them to spend our tax money on more important things, and more importantly respect the arts since they claim Hong Kong to be Asias World City. In London, graffiti is all over the place and adds character to the city. As a former British colony, Hong Kong should view and support art (including music) the same way the Brits do. Sad that the art scene in Hong Kong is one of the worst in the world.
