The House Plants theme continues today! Plants that clean the air inside your house: Spider plant removes formaledehyde (that chemical is found in carpets and cigarette smoke/causes headaches)! Gerbera Daisies and Chrsanthemums remove benzene (that chemical causes headaches and drowsiness and loss of appetite)! Peace Lily and Chrysanthemums remove trichloroethylene (that chemical is used in the dry cleaning industry and can be found in paints & varnishes)! English Ivy and Bamboo Palm and Snake Plant (Mother-In-Law‘s plant) produces oxygen! Allow the Snake Plant to dry out between watering to keep the roots healthy! Mist your house plants often! Avoid windows or glass doors where sunlight shines directly on the plants except for Flowering Mums and Gerbera Daisies (they both thrive in sunlight)!
