The House Strategic Forces Subcommittee today passed their mark for the FY15 National Defense Authorization Act. I worked closely with the committee to ensure key legislative provisions were included to reduce our reliance on Russian-made rocket engines and protect American research by prohibiting the transfer of classified missile defense systems intelligence.
