The IRS Still Doesnt Get It Im sharing this article about the IRS complaining about its budget getting cut. My amendment to cut $350 million from the IRS budget found its way into the final passage. When you read this article note how the IRS chief fails to recognize the harm he and his agency caused by targeting real Americans for harassment and inflicting harm for political reasons. No apology. No promise to act better. Instead he issues more threats. Threats to collect less money in taxes, threats not to return calls, threats for poor service. Ask Americans if they care. Next year we should cut a billion since $350 million was not enough to get the message through. This agency has over $10 billion to work with and they are whining.
