The Independent of the South Sudan is no longer South Sudanese’s independent but has become Independent of the Regions and Continents. A simple analysis one could make is to look at employment opportunities in UN bodies, International NGOs, Private Companies, Public Companies and National NGOs that are operating in South Sudan. The statistic finding, one could get is that, 99% of senior management positions goes to foreigners under the pretext that, South Sudanese Nationals do not have the required skills and experiences which is absolutely not true. To make the matters worse, there are certain tribes who are colluding with the foreigners especially in human resource departments to discriminate other South Sudanese tribes from getting jobs in UN bodies, International NGOs Privet and public Companies. The one million dollar question is, who to be blamed, is it the government, citizens, international institutions, globalization or our interim constitution. Please be the judge
