The Institute of Bangsamoro Studies (IBS) and the World Bank through the Facility for Advisory Support for Transition Capacities (FASTRAC) created The Bangsamoro Policy Round Tables as a stand-by mechanism to assist the BTC with timely, high-quality policy options on key technical issues in the formulation of the Bangsamoro Basic Law. As coordinator, IBS is tasked to organize and conduct Policy Round Tables, one of which pertains to the Determination of the recommended amount for the Special development fund for rehabilitation and development. This has reference to Annex 2 on Wealth Sharing, part V on Fund Transfers from Central Government, letter B. The Round Table Discussions on “Determination of the recommended amount for the Special development fund for rehabilitation and development” will be conducted on March 13, 2014 (Thursday) from 9:00AM to 3:00PM at EM Manor Hotel, Cotabato City.
