The Israeli Government, nor any Israeli citizen, can be tried by the International Criminal Courts (ICC). The Israeli Government rejected the Rome Statute of 1998, meaning that these laws do not have any jurisdiction in Israel. The United States also does not adhere to these laws - so, unless you plan on overthrowing these countries and declaring Marshall Law - shut up. Most countries do not adhere to this crap organization ran by the British and French.
