The Israelite have played the victim for so long that they have become masters of the game. To a certain extent, I can see where they are coming from. But modern Israel has taken the victim card and taken it to an unbelievable new level - so unbelievable, in fact, that it has become sadly believable (to some, anyway). Nobody else in the world can go bomb mosques, hospitals and schools with such impunity; kill injured civilians, defenseless children, and unarmed journalists without showing any remorse; and get away with it. Nobody! Truth is, they (Israel) play the card so well that some would actually believe, (or at least sympathise) with the notion that Israel is the VICTIM in the madness that is going on in Gaza. Analyse the history all you want. Over-analyse it if you feel so inclined. At the end of all that, tell me if the wanton killing of children and the innocent - by a vastly superior force, I might add - can EVER be the action of victims? As the carnage continues in Gaza, I can only conclude that support (or sympathy) for what the Israeli government is doing right now can stem from only two things: the gullibility of the duped or blatant prejudice against the Palestinians of Gaza. If the reason is gullibility, now is a good time as any to stumble out of that stupor. However, if the reason is prejudice against the Palestinians of Gaza - based on ethnicity, religion or some other factor (only the guilty will know) - then perhaps humanity hasnt progressed as much as it thinks it has.
