The Judicial Service Commission wants a disclosure of investigations into alleged criminal conduct of former registrar Gladys Shollei. The commission is also seeking Director of Public Prosecutions Keriako Tobiko’s recommendations over possible prosecution of Mrs Shollei. Mrs Shollei was sacked on October 8, last year, for alleged misconduct, incompetence, insubordination and misuse of Sh2.207 billion. JSC registrar Fridah Mokaya wrote to Mr Tobiko on November 20 seeking to know how far he had gone with the case. The commission is seemingly unhappy that there seems to be no headway more than a year since it made the complaint over Mrs Shollei’s conduct. The commission is required to forward to Mr Tobiko, the report of the investigations. Mr Tobiko will then decide whether to prosecute her, close the file or order further investigations. nation.co.ke/news/Judiciary-demands-report-on-Shollei-criminal-claims-probe/-/1056/2544052/-/jstxf3z/-/index.html
