The Keene, N.H., Police Department has made three more arrests in relation to riotous behavior that occurred near Keene State College during Keenes annual Pumpkin Festival on Oct. 18. Sean Stroehlein, 21, of Milford, N.H., was cited with disorderly conduct for carrying off a street sign during a public disturbance. Brent Osborne, 22, of Salem, N.H., (no photo available) was cited with one count of criminal mischief for damaging a light post at Keene State College. Cordell Ollivierra, 17, of Somersworth, N.H., was cited with one count of criminal mischief for also damaging a light post at the college. All three men are scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 8.
