The King Arts Complex seeks a Director of Development who is passionate about the cultural heritage of African Americans and the vibrancy of Central Ohio. The Director of Development will create and implement strategies to raise funds, engage corporations, expand membership, and maximize contributed revenue. This position serves on the Complex’s executive team and works collaboratively with KAC leaders to refine the organization’s strategic plan, marketing and promotion, and programs. The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years experience achieving successful development results and very strong leadership, relationship, and interpersonal skills.
