The KwaZulu-Natal branch of trade union NUMSA has pulled out of COSATUs planned national mass action. Union spokesperson Mbuso Ngubane says it is impossible to prepare for such action in a week. COSATU is planning to take to the streets for three days of mass action against e-tolling and labour brokers, starting tomorrow. Ngubane says they will take part in mass action early next year once the union has consulted with its members. Hes also suggested that a special congress be held to address internal issues in COSATU.
