The LIHEAP & EWEB Customer Care (ECC) wait lists are now closed for this month. Those who came in to our offices or left a voice mail on the Energy Assistance Program line will get a call from a staff to schedule an appointment. These calls are made based on the time you got on the list. There is no guarantee that you will be seen before the end of the year. Please continue to pay your bill to avoid shut off. Thanks for your patience and understanding as we work diligently to serve thousands of low-income households.
