NTS manages 7 luxury apartment communities in the Indianapolis area.The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, personable, customer-service oriented, detailed, organized and able to work in a fast paced environment with a professional appearance. Leasing Associates will be expected to draft, implement and execute successful marketing plans in addition to maintaining a high closing ratio. Leasing Associates are expected to achieve and maintain budgeted occupancy at their home base property. Leasing experience or a sales background preferred. Weekends are required.
