The Lamest Generation In 1941, my father like so many others, - TopicsExpress

The Lamest Generation In 1941, my father like so many others, joined together with the rest of America to fight an evil that was growing in Europe and Asia. His enemy then would enslave and slaughter innocents in horrific ways. Because of religious differences, and in the name of ethnic cleansing, beheadings, mass shootings, poison, torture and so on, was conducted on a massive scale. My father’s generation, rose to the occasion and waged total war on the aggressors, even though they really could not reach the United States, and rained down such destruction that today, 70 years after the fact, Japan still will not allow the buildup of their military, and Germany, once dismantled, is now a leader in human rights. What happened to us? If all that is required for evil to win is for good people to do nothing, then why are we doing nothing? Isis is every bit as evil as the Nazi’s ever were. Why then are we not destroying them. During the second world war, we would obliterate cities, like Nagasaki, Hiroshima, Dresden, Berlin and Hamburg to name a few. We did not lament “Innocent” civilians, because there were none. In ISIS there are NO INNOCENT CIVILIANS. Either they are supporting ISIS, which makes them guilty, letting ISIS do what it wants without acting against them, which makes them guilty, or are victims of ISIS, which is lamentable, but if they are killed in an airstrike, they are only just as dead as if beheaded. During WWII we did not stop to think, “Well, there are innocent Jews in Berlin”, although no doubt many were killed by allied bombs. Still, while it is a shame they died, they died while we were ending their oppression. If we want to stop ISIS, we must raise such distruction upon them that in 5 generations, the people there will still be afraid to wage war, because the cost is so terrible. Our President and our Congress all suffer from the “Chamberlin Syndrome” where they are so afraid of looking bad they would try to appease those with evil intent. It did not work in the 1930’s. It still is not working. Appeasement only breeds contempt, and like a playground bully, the only way to get them to stop is to knock them down. Hard. Let us unleash the dogs of war, and dedicate ourselves to stamping out this new brand of evil. You need only read the poem “The Hangman” to see that this is not a new thing we are facing, just an old evil that must be stopped. Sharia Law does not belong in our cities, and if people want to live under Sharia Law, then by all means, they should be allowed to move to Saudi Arabia or the hills of Afghanistan. We are proving to be “The Lamest Generation” so worried about offending people that we forget that we should be saving people, and that sometimes, you have to stand and fight. youtube/watch?v=-TcSnj4Wt6Q
