The Law of Conservation of Energy is Universal and Real. Energy remains constant. It cannot be created or destroyed; it can only be transformed from one form of energy to another. The excess of energy in one place can only be explained by the lack of energy somewhere else as the energy must remain constant. Therefore, if you consider money and welfare as forms of energy, the excess of money in some areas of the planet can only be explained by the lack of welfare in other areas.
