Update from Michigan: got my mom out of the hospital and to her apartment on the 2nd floor w her walker on Saturday late afternoon. She had a successful nurse house call and a dose of Jessys diet yesterday and today. She woke up w a blood glucose reading of 182 and ended tonight with a 195! woohoo! Cant tell u the last time she was in the 100s!! :) doing her physical therapy with her 2-3 times a day and had her first Physical Therapist house call today. She hurts a ton but things are going smoothly :) I know her and I are both exhausted in our own way.... Prayers for a speedy recovery!
