The Lebanese Center for Energy Conservation (LCEC) is a national organization affiliated to the Lebanese Ministry of Energy and Water. LCEC addresses end-use energy conservation and renewable energy at the national level. It supports the Government of Lebanon to develop and implement national strategies that promote the development of efficient and rational uses of energy and the use of renewable energy at the consumer level. LCEC is a financially and administratively independent and operates under the direct supervision of the Minister.
