The Lithgow District Netball Association, Junior Presentation was held on 6 September at the completion of the grand-finals. A great day was enjoyed by the teams participating in the grand-finals and the Division 5 teams – Workies Kitty Kats, Workies Diamonds, Pink Panthers and Wang Tigers who participated in an exhibition match. A big thank you to all of the coaches, managers, umpires, parents and supporters whose support makes it possible for the girls to participate each week in the competition. During the season it has been wonderful to see all the development in the junior members of the competition and their enjoyment in participating in the sport of netball. The Association would like to thank their sponsors – Lithgow Valley Plaza, Easyview Blinds, Lithgow Valley Springs and Centennial Coal. The Association would also like to thank Jeff Geddes and the Lithgow Mercury for their support and assistance with publicity.
