The Looking Back, Tennessee in the Civil War event at the Archive is now history - and a wonderful experience for our county. We had between twenty and twenty five people come in with their Civil War Era treasures. We saw photos, documents and other unusual items. Because our county has a Military Memorial Museum, a lot of local memorabilia have been placed in their care. The photo crew went over there to photograph many of their treasures. It was a busy day for the archives and the road crew of the Tennessee State Library and Archives. We thank them for including us in this state-wide historic event.
