The Lord is struggling at the moment - legs feel totally trashed and I could bore you all with the list of Is if i marked on my body the parts that hurt with a marker pen Id run out of ink but I can tell you i will not run out of determination to keep the runstreak alive despite my mate and super physio Buster telling me in laymen terms that Im ****** and theres nothing he can really do for me although adding that Ive been worse and will come back telling him about some crazy run Ive done or half decent performance. So this week of short gentle runs doesnt seem to be doing the trick maybe a give it all parkrun Saturday and a 100% effort the following day at Durham Cathedral Relays respresenting my club CrookAC is what i need... or is it? The problem I have is i dont want to let anyone down, including myself and Im juggling that many running balls its taking its toll along with 8years without having a r*st of course including the crazy stunts and miles in recent years - #prayforthelord
