The Magic Cave sucks now. Where is the ice cave John Martins used to have??? Its all dark blue with rainbow. Then theres the mass-produced Santas with 3-4 broom closets where kids can get a photo with him explained away by saying the other doors are where he keeps his naughty and nice lists. As for the Magic Cave itself... Nimble, Nipper, a small carousel, a stand selling overpriced crap ($5 for a bag of fairy floss and $4.50 a bottle of water!) and some funhouse mirrors. The moving elf display is ok I guess but its small and easy to miss as you leave. In fact the room felt like the smaller suburban versions of the Magic Cave if you took away the carousel. It feels a massive downgrade from what it used to be and even more commercialised. We have the Christmas Pageant for this???!!!
