The MainStreet position for the third salaried person has been re-opened for 5 days by State Personnel Office (SPO). The position’s required educational credentials in the original posting excluded many worthy candidates whose degree majors did not match. Added is planning, preservation, communication. Beginning salary is $48,000. Please let folks know if they wish to apply they need to do it immediately. Those who already applied need to re-apply. There are three areas of concentration we are looking for that are not necessarily expressed in the SPO application process Communications and marketing: e-newsletters, websites, social media Financing Local projects: administration and oversight of contracts and grants Maintaining permanent records and reports along with organization and leadership certification Applicants need to upload transcripts.
