The Marble Lady in Chebogue Cemetery, Yarmouth County - Her name was Margaret Lindsay McNaught Webster (1819-1864) and she came from Scotland, where her Canadian husband - Dr. F.A. Webster - first met her. She died at the age of 45 and he had this statue created in her memory. The figure was copied from a drawing on the cover of a matchbox. It shows a young woman lying in a wheatfield, a sickle in her hand.
