The Master is back: Its a great honor an pleasure to welcome Master Shen Xijing, 22. Generation Shen, again in Basel this week end. Please feel very welcome to join Friday his lecture of ancient deistic Dragon gate School (Long Men Pai) of Wu Dang, from 7 - 9 pm (10 CHF). Saturday, 2-7 pm Master Shen will teach Xing Yi Quan, the great system of Movement, Fight and Health...Ving Tsun/Wing Chun practioners should know that this is almost a must to practice ;-) For all others: Xing Yi Quan shall found a base of smooth, efficient bodywork and respiratory system; every move, hit, kick, pivoting comes with a specific supporting method of breathing. It is awesome to feel how health and martial arts are one! Sunday induction in Shui Zi Jue - Daostic Method of Sign Water from 9 am - 2 pm will be a guided journey into how softness wins over strength, literally but especially in an emotional way. The set of exercises, strictly following the methods and chronological need of preparation, middle part and recalibration, is mentioned for all those who likes to find a method of recharging the battery and/or becoming more flexible (again).
