The Mayor will speak at the HDSNA (Derby St. Neighborhood Assn.) tomorrow evening at the House of Seven Gables. She will touch on the many and varied issues facing those that live and work there over the next few years. National Grid Cable Replacement, Footprint Power and the Blaney Street Wharf expansion in particular are on the agenda. I will attend the License Board meeting at 6 pm. I have been following the street vendor and street performer licensing procedures for a while now.
