Give yourself several hours between viewings so that you may fully digest the contents and the challenges of each: The Power of Vulnerability by Brené Brown; The Danger of a Single Story by Chimamande Adichio, “We Need to Talk About Justice” by Bryan Stevenson, and “Color Brave” by Melody Hobson. Having read “The Bridge” and watched the presentations, identify five to seven core revelations or challenges that emerge for you. Focus on process (the shifts in your thinking, the emotional resistance you may experience, or the challenges you sense growing in you) and not on content (whether you get all the details and information).
