The Mighty Warriors completed a double over Lesotho after beating the hosts 6-1 in their second international friendly match in Maseru on Sunday afternoon. This follows their emphatic 5-1 win in the first international encounter on Friday. Although the Mighty Warriors technical department had expressed concern over the players’ level of fitness after scoring all five goals in the first half in the first match, there was significant improvement in Sunday’s match as they scored four goals in the first half and a further two in the last period. Lesotho got their face saver through a penalty in the second half. The Mighty Warriors were using the two matches as part of their preparations for the African Women Championship qualifiers scheduled for early next year
