The Minneapolis Park Board has again been presented with an option to help facilitate the creation of a private park for the Minnesota Vikings. This is a somewhat more palatable proposal but it still provides overwhelming benefits to billionaires at the expense of the community and may still be in violation of the Minneapolis City Charter. At a bare, bare minimum, I dont think the Park Board could morally allow the privatization of a park for the Minnesota Vikings without first requiring the Vikings make a miniscule investment in making their stadium glass safe for migratory birds.
