The Mo Town Fitness 12 week pre-xmas program starts on Monday! Come in and let us get you in shape for summer! Here are some brief details below. - 12 weeks of intense, yet fun, and structured training to ensure we ease you into training and gradually build you up and get you fitter. Consisting of Boxing training, core and full body strength and conditioning training, yoga, nutritional and motivational guidance, and monthly boot camps. - During these 12 weeks we you will learn the basic fundamental of boxing, by a National level coach, while improving your fitness, and losing weight. And you will also have the option of doing structured strength training to improve your physical strength, tone up your body, and get rid of old injuries (taught by a rehab specialist). - A minimum of 3 sessions per week is required. Those sessions are specific and exclusive to the participants of the 12 week course, and are at 5.30am Monday Wednesday Friday. However 5 sessions per week is recommended and thats what most participant do during our programs. For those sessions you will have a wide range of training times to choose from (Mo Town timetable), so it best suits your schedule. - The cost will be $79 per week for non members, and $59 for members. And the payment will work on a 4 week in advance system. -There will be before and after fitness testing to track your progress. Pictures and measurements are optional.
