The Most Efficient/Fastest Way To Lose Body Fat: Intensity is the key to burning body fat when exercising. You can run for hours at low intensity to burn calories or you can crank up the intensity to burn the same amount of calories in much less time. Everyone knows intervals are excellent for fat loss. Intervals are a way for you to maintain a high level of intensity over an extended period of time (by taking short breaks in between burst). This video shows a different type of interval-like training that Ive found to be very effective if done if done everyday. This should be done immediately AFTER each workout. You can start out with 3 cycles like in the video... build up to 10 (non-stop) - then increase the distance slightly and the number of jump squats to 12. This type of intensity is for stubborn fat loss... not for someone just starting out.
