The Mt. Lemmon Ski Valley ski lift is open as a Sky Ride, Thursdays through Mondays, during summer, from 10 a.m. -5 p.m. The Sky Ride to the summit and back takes about one hour. Watch for wildlife and summer birds and get a grand view once at the top. Mt. Lemmon Ski Valley has a small collection of shops and restaurants to see as well. Tickets for the lift are $5-$9 each. The Sky Ride is located a 30-mile drive north of central Tucson, on the slopes of Mount Lemmon in the Coronado National Forest at 10300 Ski Run Rd., Mt. Lemmon, AZ 85619.
