The Muslim Brotherhood should not be included in the formation of a civilian government out of fear. Governments should not be forged out of fear but should be established to benefit the good of the nation. If the only reason the military will include the Muslim Brotherhood in establishing a government is because of fear that they will attempt to destabilize the government, then they are back to kowtowing to these terrorists.
