The Nat King Sole Society cordially invites you to a special 20th annual Nat King Cole Remembrance and Scholarship Event, in memory of Society Founder Amos Harris. It will be held on Sunday, April 6, at 3 p.m. in the Theatre on the Second Floor of the John Garrick Hardy Student Center at Alabama State University. There is no charge. Highlighting this year’s program will be a film presentation featuring both actor/singer Tim Wells, in a portrayal of Amos Harris, and Montgomery’s own legendary Nat King Cole in concert. The program is dedicated to all who have supported the Society through the years and will feature the awarding of scholarships to the ASU Departments of Music and Theatre Arts for deserving outstanding students from the Montgomery County Public School System. Please join us for this “unforgettable” evening of Nat King Cole.
