The National Human Rights Commission rose from an extraordinary meeting in Abuja on Wednesday with a decision to probe all administrations from 1995 to date for alleged state killings. By the move, it decided to widen the scope of its planned probe into an allegation by former president Olusegun Obasanjo that President Goodluck Jonathan was training snipers, preparatory to unleashing them against perceived political enemies.
