The National Pride International Fight league is a team concept international Worldwide Amateur MMA circuit, Bringing team competition on a large scale. Typically teams are put together based on individual merits and achievements. This involved national coaches taking on the task of preparing National teams for international competition based on what each individual has accomplished in his person quest. The National Pride International Fight league give the coaches the opportunity to first select through tryouts the team to represent his School , Dojo , or regional area , and he has the opportunity to develop that team as a team , thus utilizing teamwork to better the development of each member of his team. The NP Fight league is designed to bring athletes together, and to create that brotherhood of teamwork, and will set the groundwork to eliminate the politics that clearly prevent the growth of MMA. Our experience has really highlighted that they are many who have very little regard for the development of the Amateur Athlete and are just focused on the financial gains received from having amateurs fight in regional competitions with no further options for that athlete. The average age of an MMA athlete is 20 when he starts the sport, There are very few Amateur programs in any sport where you can expect an athlete to develop to a world class level when he has missed the most opportune time to develop as a youth. And we turn them pro shortly after a few fights, thus robbing them of the opportunity to be the success they would if they had developed a strong amateur background. We believe the National Pride Fight league will bring amateur excitement to the sport and the thrill of making the team will keep amateur Athletes in development mode until he reaches the goals that are realistic to challenge his skills at the Pro level. With the overwhelming response from countries that want to be a part of this circuit we are excited about the future of Amateur MMA , and the opportunities not only Nationally it will create for an Amateur Athlete but for the international brotherhood that will clearly develop and add to the value of the fastest growing sport in the world.
